TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPZONA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deepzony and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
